Steven Bradshaw: My Dad Tried To Sue Me Over A Joke

“My dad tried to sue me over a joke” is a solo stand-up comedy show about the time comedian Steven Bradshaw’s own father took legal action over a joke told, which was shared online. The show tells the joke in question, the circumstances around the joke & the fallout including the involvement of a Melbourne based law firm.

Steven Bradshaw performs stand-up across Australia and New Zealand. Born in Melbourne with a background from the Cook Islands, Steven’s unique perspective is both hilarious and educational. Winner of the 2024 Geelong Comedian of the year (even though he’s not from Geelong), he has been recognised as one of the fastest up-and-coming comedians in Australia, headlining shows across the country and supporting the likes of Dave Hughes, Jimeoin & Dane Simpson.
